Very good service and arrived when expected. The only complaint I have is the price. All I needed was a sink line snaked. A very easy job for a professional with commercial equipment that took an hour of dragged out labor. I attempted to use a regular snake with an old fashioned bent bar for a crank only to hit a dead end without clearing the clog. If you have the same issue I did, you're much better off heading to a rent-a-center to get a power snake auger, educating yourself on YouTube for an hour or so beforehand, and doing it yourself. I will definitely look around more the next time I absolutely need a plumber.

I am extremely impressed with this company. They got out quickly, charged a fair price, and the plumber they sent out (Simon) was friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up really well after the job and was just overall awesome. I will 10000% be using ENP for my next project.

I was coming home to Rogers tonight on County road 81 (west) at about 7:00pm tonight. The speed limit was 55 I was going 60 mph. This is a one lane both directions. I larger vehicle was so close behind me I could not she the headlights. This continued for about a mile when it finally passed me, it was a Norblom Plumbing van. It continued to drive fast and road the tail of the next vehicle. Finally it turned off on county road 30 near FedEx. Please speak with your drivers as I personally have seen to many people hurt by drivers like this. Thank you.

Jake did provide legendary service. Didn't pull any punches. Honest and straightforward. After hours rates very reasonable considering the alternative of waiting several days with our issue.

JD is an honest, talented and extremely hard working plumber. He has performed work for me a number of times as well as for my parents and in-laws. Everything he has done has been top-notch work and we have all been more than satisfied with the results.

Some of the work he has done for us include; hot water heater, water softener, indoor/outdoor faucets, plumbing replacement, leaks, laundry/dryer duct work, and laundry tub replacement.

Mike and his crew are awesome. We had them in to replace a kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet and hook the water up to our refrigerator. While he was there, the water heater started leaking (it was rusted out), and he took care of that, too! Timely, professional and easy to work with.

Be very careful in negotiations with this company. I called their company up and asked if they could beat a price of 390 plus dollars, he said yes. He beat the price by a few dollars. When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

We had an emergency clogged drain that was leaking. I had called another company who never showed up so morning and then could not even tell me when or where the technician was. Called Mr Rooter at 4pm and we had our technician Patrick Walfoort come by 5:30pm. He was amazing and so professional. He took him time to explain everything to us and talk is through all our options and what he recommended. Was very impressed with him and this company. Would highly highly recommend.
