I've hired ENP twice. First for a service call and more recently for a remodeling project. It's awesome to find a tradesman who is passionate about his work. The methods and materials used were second to none. Not only was the finished product good, but the area was left completely clean(A minor detail but all to often lacking in the building trades).

If you're looking for a master plumber that is meticulous and detail oriented, look no further.

The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed our garbage disposal very quickly and gave some helpful tips for maintenance in the future. He also helped us out with the water pressure in our faucet--at no extra charge!

I would recommend this business 10 times out of 10. I was able to call on a holiday weekend and actually get a response. I resolved the immediate issue myself but created another one in the process. Needed help with water softener that had water pouring out of it. Paul was nice enough to offer a suggestion for us to fix it ourselves so we wouldn't be charged for a service call. This did not work though, so called back and he had someone out to take care of us within about 1 1/2 hours. I called a different plumber first and 6 hours later have still not received a call back from that person. Will definitely use Paul the Plumber again...

Was hoping to use this guy as I have many thousands of dollars worth of plumbing work to be done at my new place but I’ve called twice now and have not gotten a returned call. I absolutely despise when companies do not at least call back. Common courtesy, no excuse. 0 stars.
