There are not enough good things I can say about this company and their technicians. My technician, Gary, was probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. On top of the fact that he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I called them to the minute he left, I felt like I was in good hands. I've already recommended them to someone else (and this was before I even got my invoice). I admire the fact that they were upfront and honest about their prices and schedules, I did call a few other companies and when they wouldn't tell me what they charged I was skeptical. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was the exact opposite; not only were the upfront about their costs, but Gary went out of his way to explain all of the services he performed before he left. Thank you, I will be calling you again!!

Had new water heater installed Sept 2020.. Manufacturer Controller failed in April of 2021.. Nordblom team were able to find the part and installed in the same day... Shout out to Amy and Mike for persistence and flawless communication to get this repair resolved... TY Brian

I called Erickson to replace a drum trap, and had saved up a few wishlist items around the house. The fee was a flat-rate time-based fee, and the plumber was able to give time estimates for each project before beginning. I was able to get the most bang-for-my-buck at a rate I felt more than reasonable. I recommended their service to a friend who had a leaky pipe who felt similarly. I had them back to do some gas line work as well and it was a similar experience.

I'm about to call and have them out to work on a valve and drippy tub faucet. I am confident I will have another fine experience.

Each time the contractor was timely, considerate of any mess, pleasant, and capable of explaining the scope of the work. I love not having the shock-numb feeling of getting ripped off.

When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again.

I was not quite sure how this was going to go as our initial encounter was not great, however both Tony, the owner, and Eric, the service person stepped up. I really appreciated that Tony made the extra effort to come on the service call with Eric. My concerns were both understood and dealt with to my satisfaction. I would have given them 5 stars had we not had problem with our initial encounter.

What we were quoted, and what we were charged was over a 30% difference. Very poor communication with both the plumber and office. Plumber brought the wrong parts to the job and admitted to not checking properly before preparing for job. They completed the job well, but too many other issues elsewhere. There are lots of great plumbers in the twin cities. These guys are not worth the headache.
