Best Sinks in Minneapolis MN
My technician was very kind, knowledgeable, clean, and timely. He was very comfortable in his work and he was extremely nice to work with.

Our tech, Brad, was at our home within 3.5 hrs of requesting an appointment. He was efficient and helpful (checking to be sure nothing leaked following the snake through our drain) and also helped us get our garbage disposal working again to ensure the entire drain/system was in working order. Appreciate the quick response and fix over the weekend!

We love Zach. Just purchased a new house and nothing but surprises. Zach came out and made sure our drains were clear and looking as good as possible. Showed us everything and gave great tips. Zach was so gracious and kind answering all of our questions. He is our go-to guy. Thanks Zach.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

I love that it's there, they have a lot of stuff packed in that little store, it's just barely ever open when I need something so I almost always end up running to Home Depot

Jesse and Tim were here , both very professional and seamed very experienced technicians, they did the best that they could with my old main sewer system. Very nice to have my bathroom toilet back, lol. I know now to only call roto-rooter! Jim

We would recommend Roto Rooter to everyone. Roto Rooter fixed our problem within 25 minutes of the technician's arrival. Our technician was here within 2 hours of our call on a 'high call volume' night for the company. Prior to our technician's arrival, a manager, on his way home, stopped by to make sure we were okay until our tech could arrive. That was very impressive! This company cares! Thank You Roto Rooter...and Thank You, Richard!...and to the manager who stopped by and the gal, Keisha, who took our call. Very Professional! We will tell our friends!

As a new homeowner, plumbing is scary. The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

Pedro was very professional and very personable. Assessment and work were professional and completed in a workmanship-like manner. I do recommend Pedro at Do It Right Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs for projects big or small. Worth every $$$ . Thank you Pedro! We appreciate you coming to saving the day!

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.
When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.
We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.
In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.
RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.
