Best Sink Repair in Minneapolis MN

TJK has been to my house half a dozen times for things like clogged drains, tub spouts, garbage disposal, and installing a water softener. Each time he's done a great job, and the costs for the work done are very reasonable. I would highly recommend for anything plumbing related in your house.

Our experience with Jake was great! He worked on both our kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems and went over and beyond by fixing the bath drain (in addition to the leaky faucet) and sprayer in the kitchen sink (in addition to fixing the kitchen piping). He also secured the wobbly sink in our bathroom--great attention to detail. Also, because he missed an appointment with us earlier in the week, he waived the trip charge for the subsequent appointment. That shows a lot of integrity. We are happy customers in East side Saint Paul.

Really pleased with the service from start to finish. Had to call on Labor Day weekend and got a live person who got us on the schedule for the afternoon. Tech that came was great. Friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we knew what he was doing. Answered all of our questions and had our system up and running in no time.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Called with an emergency toilet backing up in our basement. They were at our house within an hour and the issue was fixed within two. Fast, polite, simple and efficient. Thanks!

Nate Anderson came out and was super professional and helpful. He caught things other plumbers didn’t, including a cracked pipe under our sink that would have been a huge problem in the future. I’ll be using this company again in the future!

They repaired what they broke and would not take responceability for it cost me 514.00 total ripoff

Dylan was friendly, helpful, and thorough during my AC tune up today. He helped in offering solutions to our blower fan issues in addition to helping us decide which route would be best to take. Dylan was respectful of our time and home.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.
