This time, my water heater collapsed (17 years RIP), and I was literally leaking money (+$300 on my last water bill!). When I finally figured out what was happening, I called Norblom Plumbing for help. Amy scheduled service, Mike showed up on time, and my water heater was replaced all within 24 hours. I appreciate that Mike gave me an overview of differences and code updates from the last water heater after completing install. Fast, responsive, and problem solved!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
