Best Shower Faucet in Minneapolis MN

I am an idiot and cut a gas line while trying to replace a drain line. After calling several plumbers, TJK was the only one that could get me in within 48 hours. The price they quoted was fair enough that I even let them finish the work I was doing on the drain line and everything was completed the day I called. David seemed to be working hard with little to no breaks and communicated everything well. My last plumbing job was by Dean’s and was overpriced (as I later discovered) and seemed less competent.

Jake was very helpful and pleasant. I called him one day when my parents water heater couldn't work. He told me he will come over after every plumber I called was not available that day. They're always responsive and super easy to work with. Staff is always nice. They're super helpful when giving me knowledge and explaining what the issue is and how they can help. Their call center is very easy to work with as well.

The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

Bonfe was absolutely fantastic. Our hot water heater broke on a Saturday, and we used their text service...got a response right away, and they offered to come out on a Sunday! They confirmed with me how much the service visit was going to cost ($99 for the service visit, but then waived if we did get equipment from them), and were very up front about pricing...and even took care of coupons and gave us a military discount! Alan F. was very communicative, and kept us in the loop about how long it was going to take for the equipment to be delivered, and he installed it promptly and explained everything to us. He was a very positive guy, and the overall experience was great. They did awesome with taking away all of our old equipment, and were careful not to do anything to dirty up our carpets. Bonfe has a great tracking app that shows you where your technician is once they've been dispatched to you. And he hung out at our house until the equipment was dropped off, and he installed it right away! Their lifetime warranty is great, and their service plan is reasonable (and they'll even service equipment they didn't install). I would definitely recommend Bonfe, and we'll use them again if needed!

Always a great job at a fair price.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
