Best Sewer And Water in Minneapolis MN

Water heater started leaking on Sunday 10/10/21. Called TJK at 1:45pm to inquire about the removal and installation of water heater and water softener. TJK's technician David was here by 10am Monday(the next day) and done by 3pm. David did a fine job of installing and clean-up and hauling all of the old equipment away. Very pleased with the response time, quality of work and pleasant nature of everyone I dealt with at TJK.

Good experience. He was thorough, explained what was recommended and could wait. Would use again.

Jake was very helpful and pleasant. I called him one day when my parents water heater couldn't work. He told me he will come over after every plumber I called was not available that day. Jake knew the problem and he was able to walk me into fixing it myself over the phone. After only 5 minutes, I was able to fix it with his help. I recommend Jake to anyone. Thanks.

I was in a time crunch to get a few random plumbing things checked off my list from an inspection for the sale of my home. This company was very professional and prompt with their service. When a new part was needed and we really got down to the wire they accommodated my situation and we’re able to get everything done in time including coordinating with the city inspector. Would definitely recommend/use again!

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

I called to schedule a drain cleaning and they had someone at my house within an hour. We just had a clogged drain so it wasn’t even an emergency, but I appreciate getting it done immediately when it was convenient for me. The techs are always friendly and do a super thorough job. Our drain is back in business working better than ever.

We had a leaky toilet and one of the gals at my wife's work said she had used Kelly Plumbing in the past and they did a good job. Based on the referral, I gave them a call. Barb picked up the phone and had a great demeanor. Very patient and caring. When the plumber arrived, (Mark) he wasted no time in taking a look at the issue. He was very methodical. Explained what the problem was. Took the time to look through an online site to help me choose a replacement toilet. Stayed after to chit-chat. Turns out he knows our master electrician, who is also an old-school let's do this on a hand-shake kind of guy. If I sound incoherent, it's because Mark just left, and I'm typing out my Google review as quickly as I can! I will be calling Kelly Plumbing and asking for Mark specifically when my replacement toilet comes in. If anything, I'll update my review in a couple of days.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Absolutely amazing service! They informed me of all my options and walked me through what they would be doing to fix the leaks. They were so friendly and did everything in a timely manner. I will for sure be using their service again! Plus they offer financing which is helpful for big projects.

I had Shane as my plumber today. I was very pleased with his customer service skills and the work he did. He was very helpful with explaining to my home owners insurance company what the issue was. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
