I would highly recommend TJK Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future. We desperately needed our ancient, non-compliant laundry/utility sink replaced, replumbed and brought up to code. David came out and quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate. Then he went to work and did a great job. It looks so much better as David was meticulous in making sure all the piping was neatly run, anchored and labeled. No more corroded copper piping running all over the place that's slowly leaking all over our tub and floor. I'm truly happy and if you need any work done give TJK a call.

There are not enough good things I can say about this company and their technicians. My technician, Gary, was probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. On top of the fact that he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I called them to the minute he left, I felt like I was in good hands. I've already recommended them to someone else (and this was before I even got my invoice). I admire the fact that they were upfront and honest about their prices and schedules, I did call a few other companies and when they wouldn't tell me what they charged I was skeptical. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was the exact opposite; not only were the upfront about their costs, but Gary went out of his way to explain all of the services he performed before he left. Thank you, I will be calling you again!!

I called Jake the Plumber because of a pipe issue with my toilets. They were quick to get back to me & sent out Stu within a day. Stu was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped em better understand what could be causing the pipe issue. Within 15 minutes we were able to get the toilet up and running again. The prices also are more competitive than some of the larger companies that overcharge. I recommend Jake the Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing. :)

Nick and John were prompt (actually early), professional, and provided quality work. They left the work space as clean, if not cleaner, than they found it. They were very personable, too and made sure all our plumbing needed were met.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Although our emergency happened late at night, he was committed to getting it done right. He answered all of our questions and gave suggestions on how to avoid plumbing issues in the future.

This company is fantastic. We had previously received a quote from Roto Rooters regarding a stack clean-out install, which Roto had claimed would cost us $2-5,000 to fix. We were smart enough to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad we contacted Norblom. They were very accommodating over the phone, and when the technician came he was straight to the point. He got done with the job in only a couple hours and didn't try to scare us into a high price point. Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Plumber and apprentice showed up on time. They were very polite, explained the problem and showed me what was wrong. Gave me 4 options on how to address the issue. Cleaned up afterwards. Super nice people!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
