I had them put in a new AC, a new furnace, and a new water heater in my home in Eden Prairie. MN Plumbing and Heating technicians are professional and reliable. Their services are top-notch and they perform quality work. I am very happy on that front. That said, their prices seem higher than competitors and higher than my comparative analyses done via google. I had second thought after scheduling my installation appointment and wanted to do additional research to make sure I don't overpay and feel comfortable with my purchase. They did the best to be accommodating and I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. They were responsive and helpful. I would suggest doing your research thoroughly before you make an expensive decision like this one so you could feel good about your purchase. Bottom line, I am happy with this company and would use them again for other services.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

They were very accommodating and efficient. Fixed my toilet within an hour and installed my new sink/faucet during a kitchen remodel.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. Easy online scheduling for clogged kitchen sink. Received courtesy phone call 30 minutes prior to service rep (Steve #655) showing up. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me an estimate, then went to work. He did an excellent job of making sure to cover the work area so there wouldn’t be a mess for me to clean up afterwards. Work completed in short order and the water was draining better than it ever has! He even gave me tips on what kind of drain cleaner to use to help prevent the problem from reoccurring. Definitely recommend them for clogged drains!

So .. I don’t really want to leave a bad review for work but the price for the work was insane .Back story - bought washer and theBest Buy second party wouldn’t hook up hose due to saying faucet needed replacing all else was hooked up onto washer … I know nothing of plumbing ..ROTOROOTER came to “fix” faucet reported no need but hooked up the hoses to washer to faucet yes just like you imagine screwing on the hose like your back yard hose and they CHARGED 250$ even said on receipt screw on hoses ! Ummm to me that’s doctor pricing aka take 2 aspirin call me in the morning boom 300 office visit ! PLEASE before sending for a “professional”double check you tube 😳

Alex came to fix a couple issues we were having at the house and was extremely kind, professional, fast and polite. I will be recommending Norblom Plumbing and specifically Alex to anyone I know that has any plumbing issues. It’s good to know that great customer service is not gone and Alex proved that today in spades.

Erickson installed a Reznor heater in my garage. There were a couple of scheduling issues, but they did communicate well about those and every worked out nicely in the end. Both the gas and electric technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did good work. Will definitely be using them again!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
