Amber was friendly on the phone and my outdoor faucet was fixed the afternoon of the day I called. Prompt and friendly!

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Quick to show up. Cleared tough clog. Very reasonable rates. Will call every time I have a problem.

He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

If you live in the south metro area, look elsewhere for services. The prices for this company are very HIGH. The charge to replace an exterior faucet spigot is $549. Hessian plumbing charges $198 for the same work. Their BBB rating is low, citing overpricing often. You'll see other Google reviews here that indicate severe overpricing. Skip this company and call Hessian, Champion, or other local plumbers.

Extremely bad experience . He replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced I was over charged as well . Insist of two hours work he came up with 5 hours and when I disputed the issue he treaten me with placing a lien on my bussines unless he get paid in full . I will not recommend him to use.

So wonderful!! I appreciated how they worked with me for scheduling that was quick but worked with my schedule. Mitch was so friendly and efficient - he fixed our laundry sink clog, and gave me tips to help control/prevent a future back up.

I used to use Ron’s sewer rats but as they became larger they switched the receptionist from someone with technical knowledge to someone only able to make appointments. Our 15 year old furnace decided to stop working a few days ago when the windchill hit -35. Great timing! We called pronto and they came out the same day and after seeing the inside of furnace and the expense of replacement parts, we decided to replace the entire unit as well as the AC. The guys showed up promptly the following day, and 8 hours later, we have an entire new system. Great company and helped us in a pinch. Thank you Pronto!

Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. Exceptionally pleased with Gopher's service and pricing. We had a sewer backup and needed emergency service. The first place we contacted was going to charge $700 to clear the main line to the street (regular fee plus emergency call fee even through during regular hours) and service tech hadn't called back after nearly 2 hours to schedule a time to arrive. We called Gopher and they committed to having someone to our house in 45-60 minutes....and then showed up in 15 minutes! They cleared the mainline which was very root-clogged, ran the main line with a camera to check the condition of the main line (at our request) while we watched and sent us the video recording, cleaned up the mess that was left by the previous company around the clean-out access during our last main line cleaning, and cleaned out our two inside drain lines to the main - all for less than the first place was going to charge to JUST clear main line. Joe even cleaned up the area around the drain that had backed up in our laundry room! He explained everything he was doing and provided some very helpful information and advice. Super friendly! Very professional! Joe went above and beyond!!! They will definitely be getting our future business.

I have used McLain before and they have done good work. Their plumbers are competent. However, I had an appointment for someone to come out to my house between 2:30 and 3pm. At 3:15 I called and asked if they were still coming. A plumber showed up to my house at 4pm and was there for 5 minutes. He used a snake to go through my bathtub and get hair deep from my drain.

A few days later, I received an invoice for $145. $50 for using the snake (understandable) and $95 for an hour of labor (yikes). I felt the labor rate was extremely steep given that the plumber was a full hour late and only on my property for five minutes, so I called to ask them about it and share my thoughts. The person in the office I spoke to was very firm that that is their pricing and when I informed them that I would likely use another company next time the response I got was, As long as you pay your bill, I couldn't care less if you use us again.

I understand that they have to make money and that they have policies, but to get that response was incredibly unprofessional and that alone warranted this review.
