Responsiveness was some of the best I’ve seen. I called at 8:30pm on a Saturday night and we got booked for the very next day. Jacob the plumber called right when he said he would, the bid seemed fair, and he was easy to communicate with. 5 stars!

Paul is a very honest and credible contractor. I am a general contractor and I have to say he is priced very well and just what the GC would look for. He really knows how to satisfy the customer. The only downside is he’s so good that he’s very busy so schedule him out for a bit.

You definitely get what you pay for. We've had 4 clogged lines in the last 2 years, the other plumbers hadn't ever found the main line stack access, they were just snaking from the kitchen or bathroom drain and hoping it would clear.We found we had a mainline clog at 10pm on a Sunday night because most of a washing machine worth of water backed up the floor drain. Called around for someone who was available, no one could get out yet that night, but I was able to schedule an appointment online for an 8am window the next morning, online confirmation and a text message. Got a text before the service window I'd selected to confirm we still needed help, then a text from the plumber with an ETA.Gabe was friendly as well as very knowledgeable, knew what he was looking for and guided questions to find the stack clean out which was well hidden, and had figured out enough of our plumbing structure to know where we should look. He got down to business and had the drain cleared in around 30 minutes, and is the first of 4 drain cleaning companies to actually pull a clog out of the line, rather than just pressuring the line until the drain cleared.Certainly not a $99 special, (we paid $430 for the main line cleaning), but worth the money to have peace of mind that the issue was actually solved, rather than just clearing the symptoms.

Great work and great to work with. Came out in December and installed an outside sewer cleanout and fix my main line. I'd recommend them highly.

I worked with Mark and Jessica at Cichy's. Both were very professional and responsive. Jessica explained the process very well before the crew came onsite. The digs, repair, liner install (third party) and fills went very well and as mostly expected. I would've like to have seen an attempted to replace the grass (seed or sod) that was scraped from my front hill, but overall I would recommend Cichy's.

Rod said he’d arrive within a window of time. He did, complete with a courtesy call 20 minutes a head of time.

I explained the problem, he diagnosed the issue in minutes, and showed me exactly what the problem was. Within an hour he had tools in the house, problem fixed, and cleaned up.

He could have charged far more, but the price was incredibly reasonable. Bonus, we had a quick and interesting conversation about Minnesota history, that left this transplant far more knowledgeable than before he arrived.

I can’t possibly recommend The Sewer Dude enough to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.
