Our much more than a century old plumbing has been providing us with mysterious leaks and disconcerting noises recently. We called Norblom expecting to schedule some estimates and repairs within a week, and instead have a repaired sink, drain, and suggested repairs for our remodel project two hours later. Chris, the plumber who came to our place, was prompt, efficient, happy to answer questions and offer a number of alternatives for addressing our old house plumbing concerns. We'll be calling Norblom for future plumbing work, and recommend them most highly - simply the tops.

Great service! I called in the morning and by dinner time I had hot water again.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

I was able to get service in a very reasonable amount of time and he did an excellent, professional job. I will only call them in the future.

He had trouble getting our old washer out but did an amazing job installing the new washer we had purchased. Very pleased.

From the initial phone call through installation the experience was exceptional!! The owner Kal, answered the phone, had me send a couple of pictures of our leaking water heater (mild) and sent Dale out the next morning to replace it. Dale is one of the nicest service people I have ever encountered. It was like inviting an old friend into our home. He was kind, professional and thorough. He even noticed our toilet was a bit wobbly and without a word or charge, fixed it!! Amazing!!

Jade from Street Plumbing did an excellent job of installing our new water softener. He was very knowledgeable, polite and conscientious. I talked to Chris on the phone to set the appointment and talked to her a few other times and she was always very friendly and polite. We will use Street Plumbing again and again as needed! You should too! Five out of five stars!

This company got some national attention this week when one of its employees, Andrew Goette's wife was due to give birth to their first son, Lenny. At 39 weeks pregnant, his wife Ashley found her husband gasping for air, as a result from undiagnosed heart arrhythmia and almost died. So, she called 911 and having not been trained on CPR, she had to administer it to him whilst pregnant until paramedics arrived. Paramedics rushed Mr Goette to the hospital where he was placed in a coma for several days, with his pregnant wife by his side. Doctors were concerned that Mr. Goette had suffered severe brain damage, but thankfully woke from his coma with no apparent brain damage. Mr. Goette then got be in his hospital bed side by side with his wife until she gave birth to their first son the next day. Several news media interviewed Mr. Goette whilst lying in his hospital bed and proudly wearing this company's shirt. Which is obviously clear that he enjoys working for this company. Anyone can google Andrew Goette and read this amazing story. I'm proud to support a company that helps its employees by offering them health insurance.

Adam from TJK arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He quickly and professionally installed the new water heater at the quoted price. All this on a holiday weekend, 5 Star.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
