Great work by Jake the Plumber! We had a drippy faucet in the bathtub, Jake came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to have the work done. I was impressed with each person we met. Adam in the office was great and helped troubleshoot and scheduled same day service. Stu was professional, on time, wore shoe protection and wowed us with his knowledge. I will be calling for all future needs. We highly recommend Jake the Plumber.

We recently used Norblom for a bathroom remodel. Steve Morse acted as our contact person for this job and he was always responsive and helpful regarding any of our concerns. The job required 4 different sets of people (plumber, remodeling crew, tile-setter, and glass people). All of the people were professional, did excellent work, and were very friendly to interact with. When we ran into some small problems (as will always happen in this kind of job), Steve made sure that they were taken care of promptly. Great job!!

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Dan was great! We had a water heater crack that was leaking water and he was able to come out the same day I called. He arrived early and was able to fix everything for us within a few hours. He was incredibly professional, attentive and knowledgeable. We will always call them for any future service we need and will recommend them to everyone we know! I have been having a nightmare of a job with my plumbing (we hired a non reputable and turns out non licensed plumber), and although it was a small job, they did a fantastic and quick job getting me taken care of and fixing the mess that was left.
