Great service. Answered all my questions on purchasing and installing water heater.

The rep that came to the house was friendly at first, until it came time to make a decision on weather or not I was going to use their service. He was extremely impatient and pressured me to make a quick decision. He quoted $3500 for a new water heater + installation.
The rep took advantage of the fact that I am a woman and younger and don’t know everything about water heaters. He recommended a water heater that is way too big for the house and tried to get me to replace a perfectly fine water softener. He only offered one option for a replacement and didn’t mention other sizes or models that would be more efficient for the house.
Once the project was started the lead guy left without saying anything and left two people, that he had told me were in training, behind to finish the install.
My basement floor is painted with cement paint and after the installation was complete the guys left the floor all scratched and scuffed up. There were muddy prints on the floor, doors and woodwork. The final invoice made it seem like they are trying to hide something. It listed the water heater + install but only gave a final total. It didn’t list how much of the total was allocated for labor and how much was allocated for the price of the water heater.
My husband called the manager after all was said and done to ask some questions and get clarification on some things. The manager was very apologetic about the carelessness of the employees and removed a small portion from the final bill. He also said that there is absolutely no reason that the house we live in should need such a large water heater and apologized that the rep made that recommendation.
Even with the apology and the small reparation I was left with a bitter feeling about this company and would not use them again.

I called Jake the Plumber because of a pipe issue with my toilets. They were quick to get back to me & sent out Stu within a day. Stu was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped em better understand what could be causing the pipe issue. Within 15 minutes we were able to get the toilet up and running again. The prices also are more competitive than some of the larger companies that overcharge. I recommend Jake the Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing. :)

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Roto-Rooter was able to come out late on a Sunday night to save my family's house from our drain backing up into the shower and laundry room. Only took a few hours for someone to arrive after a call to dispatch, there was a substantial coupon online, and the work is guaranteed for six months. Darrell did a great job and was very professional. Thanks!

Our technician Chris was a total pro. He showed up within an hour of our call. Fixed a bad drain and was on his way in an hour. Could not be more pleased. Totally recommend Roto Rooter.

Will never use again. Refused to come out and check their work after new pipes continued to leak. No follow up call, nothing.

Andrew and Shawnee did amazing and quick work to repair an electric issue in our home. They were thorough and answered all of our questions in an understandable way.

Brent DeCosse was the plumber from Erickson who came out today to replace my toilet. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing in a pleasant way , not like some other workers who talk down to you.(Not Erickson workers). He was very efficient and obviously very experienced at this type of work. He rechecked his work carefully to make sure I was satisfied. I have had good luck with Erickson and recommend them highly if you should ever need a plumber

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
