Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Jake came to install our toilet. He was polite, professional, and clean. He did a wonderful job. The company was very professional and responsive and provided all the information we needed to know.

Honest review here. Just had Matt's come out to add the plumbing so we could turn a single sink vanity into a double sink vanity, replace the shower/tub cartridge in that same bathroom, and install a new water softener. The first two parts went fairly smoothly but the third was rough. They had trouble installing the water softener because an O-ring was slipping and water kept spilling out. After a couple hours, they figured it out and left for the day. The next day, we woke up and there was salt water all over our unfinished basement floor. The brine tank was discharging from the overflow valve. We called them up that morning and they had the same guy out right away. He ended up finding out a defect in the head of the BrassMaster water softener. After talking to that company's support line, BrassMaster sent a specialist out and replaced the head of the softener. So I guess we're glad they use a local, responsive water softener manufacturer. This seemed to be the end of it, except that we were no longer getting hot water in our master shower. It stayed like this for a weekend and we called again on Monday and they sent the owner, Matt, out that afternoon. He found that a cap, but not a cartridge, was put on our new shower cartridge and that the hot and cold water were mixing here before continuing on to our master shower. He put the cartridge on here and we were good to go. Easy fix! Just to be thorough, he checked out everything else and noticed that the intake/outtake of the water softener were swapped--old softeners often are and although the original guy noticed this when getting an estimate he forgot when he did the work. So Matt changed the copper pipes to go into the proper places. Overall, this was a bit of a headache, but Amber was always very pleasant at the office and never cast doubt or deflected blame when we said something wasn't right. Matt's was also very responsive in addressing our concerns and despite that they came out on 3 separate days and multiple hours beyond what was expected, they never asked for another dime. Btw, we had gotten another quote from a chain before this and Matt's quote was $400 cheaper than even the membership rate that we could have gotten from the other guys. I wanted to write this without a lot of slant and just tell it as it is, so hopefully someone finds this helpful.

We hired Sabastian and Sons Plumbing to help us build our basement bathroom. They did all the plumbing work for the bathroom and we loved their work so much that we hired them to do more plumbing related work around the house. The basement bathroom as well as the other work they did all needed permit from the city and everything passed the city inspections without any issue! We highly recommend them and have told all our family and friends about their work! They are professional, knowledgeable and reliable!

Sent in a inquiry, didn't get a response. Then got a message your service has been completed 3 days later. Horrible!

If I could add more stars I would. Mr. Plumbing and Drains came after hours to our coffee shop and cleared the main drain for us. Water was standing and backed up into the shop. Within a half hour, the drain was cleared and water began running smoothly. Call Mr. Plumbing and Drains for all your needs.

Pedro was absolutely amazing! My toilet was leaking and opted for a brand new toilet since it was original to the house. He came out on a Thursday to provide a quote and installed a new toilet Friday. He also sourced the toilet on my behalf and hauled out the old one. It was SO EASY. I will be using Gopher Sewer and Drain for all my plumping needs. THANK YOU!

My water heater leaked internally and needed replacing, and I was able to call their number, and speak directly to someone who was able to guide and help me on what I needed to do to mitigate the problem, and then they were able to install a new one very quickly! Very impressed with the level of knowledge and how personable the staff was. I felt confident with them on this job im my home,, which was a huge weight off my shoulders.

I was able to get a speedy replacement, and it was so smooth working with them. I will be calling them for future projects for sure, and highly recommend them!

First rate company, responded quickly to my busted water line. Got the line fixed and even help me sweep the water and ice out of my garage...cant say enough good things about these guys...if you ever find yourself in need of a good plumbing company these are the people to call...
