I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

While I was not real happy with that situation, they stood behind their legendary service. It's not just a tagline. The technician replaced the defective part and I was not charged for the part or service call. He identified a water leak problem I thought was coming from the water heater and fixed that too. Stuff happens. What matters in the end is the response. That's what build customer loyalty.

Incredibly fast, reliable service. Came in to unclog a drain we had in our basement and took the time to educate us on what we need to avoid in the future. Hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do I know who to call.
