We have used TJK plumbing for years and have always had outstanding service. They are extremely trustworthy and have always provided me with cost effective solutions to our plumbing issues. Recently we had a leaky kitchen sink and their first available appointment was a week out. TJK worked really hard to get us in sooner as they realized what an inconvenience it was for us to not have a kitchen sink. They squeezed us in a lot sooner and we could not have been happier. We called late at night with an emergency plumbing issue. We knew we would be able to get a visit the same night. Tech arrived on time, was respectful of COViD safety protocols, fixed the problem without making any mess. Also fixed a related issue that would have been annoying had he not. Andrew was super pleasant and had reviewed our service history, even though it was midnight. Solid experience would use again 100%.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
