My fridge had been leaking for days.. WEEKS and my cats continued to sneak behind the fridge and lick the dirty water coming out of it. I was trying SO HARD to avoid calling a plumber. I would rather do most anything else than have to call a plumber but the issue continued even after all of my make shift solutions. I finally gave in and google searched plumbers near me. I came across jake the plumber (mind you I originally clicked on his name because of the cute pic it came with) not to mention all of the previous reviews said nothing but good! He came out same day and informed me that ALL ALONG it was the ice maker water line! He fixed it in a matter of an hour at a very very fair price and I was happy to know my little kittens will no longer be drinking the dirty fridge water and that horrid noise that came with the leaking will stop. I am so grateful for jake the plumber and will be telling every single soul I pass about him!!

Just can't say enough good things about ENP. First class people, first class work and first class service. Great communication. Friendly. Arrived to the minute when they said they would. Finished a big sewer job an hour early, and declined my payment for the full hourly amount, even though they richly deserved it. The plumbing assistant even used her down time to check and repair our dripping facets, without being asked or charging extra. This is old school service. Sure you might find a cheaper hourly rate, but you get what you pay for. You will not go wrong with these outstanding folks. Highly, highly recommended.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

After several attempts with other companies we called roto rooter. They’re crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Other companies tried for a short time to clear the pipe and then suggested we dig up the yard to look at the pipes. Roto rooter cleared the pipe and saved us over $12,000! Highly recommended

Amazing experience! I called Erickson to get a quote and schedule service to install new flush LED ceiling lights in the living room of our new home, as well as replace some existing older ceiling lights. As we were anxious to have the install completed as soon as we took possession of the house (ahead of furniture being moved in), I did this while we were actually waiting to close on the purchase, so all I could provide was the realtor shots of the home with the areas in which we wanted to work. Zach at Erickson was super friendly and provided a strong and confident quote (with the mutually understood caveat that a final price would obviously be dependent on a pre-install inspection). We booked an inspection date and installation appointment just a few days after the close. We worked with Joe M for both the inspection and installation, and he was spectacular -- amazingly friendly, great advice and guidance, diligent and efficient worker, and treated our home with respect and care. In the end, Joe installed 7 wafer lights (4 of which were replacements of existing fixtures) and 2 new switches with dimmers in the span of about 5 hours, and in the end, the final work looked pristine. If you didn't know he had been there that or weren't previously familiar with the rooms, you'd never know work had just been done. And it all came in right on quote, to boot. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
