Very good service and arrived when expected. The only complaint I have is the price. All I needed was a sink line snaked. A very easy job for a professional with commercial equipment that took an hour of dragged out labor. I attempted to use a regular snake with an old fashioned bent bar for a crank only to hit a dead end without clearing the clog. If you have the same issue I did, you're much better off heading to a rent-a-center to get a power snake auger, educating yourself on YouTube for an hour or so beforehand, and doing it yourself. I will definitely look around more the next time I absolutely need a plumber.

Showed up on time to unclog a sink and possibly clean out floor drain. Immediately determined that the floor drain was OK. Had to remove original 1951 U-bend to get at blockage in a drain pipe that had many bends. Brian worked diligently and explained what was being done and why as the work progressed. End result was a sink that drained so well, better than since I bought the house. Happy with the work and workers.

Called TJK to get an estimate on repairs needed to my house. I knew there was some stuff that needed work, but I didn't know how much. They sent someone out the same day that I called. Josh was really thorough and took the time to check the entire property. He explained what was what and helped me prioritize what to take care of first, since my budget isn't massive. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell, just a careful and clearly explained list. Would definitely recommend working with them.

Called at 7am on a Tuesday morning, they had someone out by 11am. Robbie (Tech # 3430) was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. He didn't mind me asking him a million questions, nor did he mind that our kitchen was a mess due to a backed up sink. He took care of the issue in no time, offering advice to keep this from happening again. I'd definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

Ken and his son (very nice guys) came out on a Saturday night and cleaned out my floor drain. It was a difficult job and they were very thorough and made sure that it was completely clear. The price was very reasonable.

Reid did an exceptionally amazing job! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any job. We previously had a disposal put in and were very happy with the work so they were the first ones we called when our water heater went out. after Reid was finished with the new water heater he repaired an outside water faucet for us. Benjamin Franklin will be the only company we go with from here on out...they are trustworthy, on time, and do a great job...that's Facts!!!

Friendly, professional, accommodating, fair, timely.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.

Multiple jobs with RBC. Always done right for a fair price.
