Dean came out, evaluated the problem, spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait. He took the time to go back to get the necessary repair supplies and returned to fix everything. We have recently moved and found that many services come out, say they weren't scheduled for the amount of time it would take to handle the problem, and make us make another appointment - we've been waiting for a cable install for a month now! Dean was great! He took the time, handled all issues, and explained everything. Highly recommended!

Dalton was a professional technician with great costumer service. Scheduling was a problem. They overextended and did not get to my AC outage call the day they promised. They then offered gift certs for the inconvenience but wouldn’t allow me to use them for the diagnostic service call. It was essentially an empty gesture.
