Emergency service call on a Sunday night at 8pm. Ac stopped working. Gene was here within the hour and identified the problem right away and was able to repair it. Total time from broken to fixed less than 2 hours. Amazing.

I didn’t think I would find a company that could come out this afternoon as it was getting late but Erickson said they could. The service professional talked to me while in route and helped turn off the water heater which was out of control hot. He surveyed the situation and I decided I needed a new unit . Polite, efficient and professional .

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. A water pipe in our basement ceiling started to leak. Our house is 110 years old, so we’re always worried that a seemingly simple problem will become a big deal. Josh was familiar with old homes and plumbing. He was able to fix the corroded pipe and added a new valve and an outdoor faucet. And before he left, he talked to us about other spots that could/should get some attention along the way. No hard sell, just good advice from a real pro!

JD is awesome! We have used him multiple times for smaller projects on our 50's rambler and recently had him help with a bathroom remodel. He replaced all the existing (old) pipes and drain lines and got everything set up so I could install the hardware. Good rates, good service and a great guy!

Chris Norman was the tech that came to check our a/c and furnace. He came around 7 pm, I waited all day for the repair guy to come. I did get a texts that said, they were running behind, but I did not think it would be 7 pm when someone showed up. Chris told me it may take 2 hrs, but ended up taking 1:30 to check things over. It is not Chris's fault for such a late service call. He also, said we could reschedule. I wasn't about to do that again and waste another day. Everything worked out. Chris was a very nice guy, even answered a question I had that didn't concern my home. Thanks
