Alex came to fix a couple issues we were having at the house and was extremely kind, professional, fast and polite. I will be recommending Norblom Plumbing and specifically Alex to anyone I know that has any plumbing issues. It’s good to know that great customer service is not gone and Alex proved that today in spades.

Erickson Plumbing is THE BEST company I have ever hired for HVAC work and I don't say that lightly. I owned a townhome I was selling and the air conditioning fan motor blew out shortly before the closing date with the new buyers - this was during the hot Summer.

I originally went with another (unnamed) HVAC company who ordered a new fan motor. They didn't come through after an entire month waiting and no AC so...

Three days before closing I had enough of this (unnamed) company so called Erickson. They not only got me a new unit to install that same day but actually moved me to the top of their long list of install appointments to get it installed on closing day of the townhome. They literally moved heaven and earth to make this happen.

I can't express how Erickson truly cares for and cuts through for their customers no matter what it takes. They should receive some sort of major city award for their service!

Great service, the owner, John is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend his timely, and thorough services to everyone.

Steve came out today to fix a kitchen sink leak. He was very fast and even tightened up the faucet sprayer, that wasn't leaking. Excellent service, went above and beyond and was very fast. Installed a quality sink strainer. Will call back if needed

I would give a 10 if I could! We had to have wall hung toilets in our condo, our first plumber was out of his league. we suffered for 2 years with barely functioning toilets. When Hovde came on the job, they had the problem solved immediately, even though it was tricky and difficult. And Sue is the most wonderful manager ever! She tolerated my frustration that was actually directed at prior plumbers, laughed with me, and got it done with grace and efficiency. USE THIS COMPANY! You will be very happy!

We had Andrew over today to help us out with a full electrical inspection after we just bought our first older home. We had a few jobs all of which he tackled for us in just a few hours without having to break open walls or much invasive work at all! He was exceptionally professional and very friendly and generously walked us through each step and question we had and detailed everything in a way that was easy to understand and make a good decision for us. We are excited to continue working with him on our future projects! He also provided us with helpful tips and information on all the other things Gene-Ryan offers that will be helpful for us in the future! Thanks again!

I had a completely clogged shower drain, so I called Matt’s Plumbing Solutions and they had someone out within 2 hours. Bryon was great at diagnosing the issue and explaining it! Even though it was a grueling 2.5 hour job, he was very friendly and knowledgeable along the way. Definitely will be using MPS again!
