Called with a few questions about a toilet the kids flushed a toy down. Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation. Can tell he is knowledgeable and and a five star operation. Would definitely recommend.

I spent a lot of time with the guys from ENP as they did a huge project in our 1920s duplex. They replaced all pipes (2 kitchens, 2 baths, 2 laundry rooms) and installed a new water heater. They were friendly, professional, and took time to explain all the options to me.

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
I have already recommended him to several friends looking to do renovations.

I was expecting a 15 min job to take 30 min and pay the $97 plus new valve. They came at 8:51 and left at 10:02 and bill me for 1:15 of time. The job did take 15 min and the rest of the time was standing around wait for the city to turn the water back on. No one ever told me they had to wait for the city to turn water back on, Also the city said that if the plumber would have told them it was a 15 min job he would have waited and turn it right back on. I saw the plumber in my front yard talking to the city at witch point he could have told them it would take about 10min. Total bill was $330.93. Over priced parts and they drive their labor up.

From first contact on the morning the leak was discovered until Brent finished the job less than 24 hours later courtesy, promptness, and professional workmanship was the service I received from Erickson Plumbing. They will be my first call should the need ever arise again for their services.

Service with a smile is right! What a nice gentleman who came after hours to fix a badly leaking pipe on a moments notice. Extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

This is a class act. They've done our plumbing repairs for years, and once again, went way beyond expectations, for a reasonable price.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Rather than come out and charge a fee for inspection we talked through the problem and sent photos. They directed me to the Delta customer service folks who were able to help me fix the faucet. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond AND they saved me about $500 bucks. GOOD MINNESOTA PEOPLE

When I call, all I get is their answering machine and they never return messages. Very unprofessional. I guess they don't want new customers.

Waited 3 weeks for my tune up and was cancelled on the evening prior. Keep in mind also they couldn’t even commit to a window of time during a given day for appointment. Have to be available the entire day of service. Still unwilling to keep prior commitments.

Both men were very professional and considerate. They went right to work and kept me informed of their progress. They explained how everything worked and provided brochures. They worked very quickly and were done before they anticipated. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would highly recommend these two installers.

Needed help with water softener that had water pouring out of it. Paul was nice enough to offer a suggestion for us to fix it ourselves so we wouldn't be charged for a service call. This did not work though, so called back and he had someone out to take care of us within about 1 1/2 hours. I called a different plumber first and 6 hours later have still not received a call back from that person. Will definitely use Paul the Plumber again...

Dakota and Jason were very professional. They had toilet and shower hooked up in a very timely manner. They are both very nice people to have in the house.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
