They won me over when they expertly replaced all of my homes corroded galvanized steel water pipes for modern pex piping. It was a multiday project and, as often happens when you dig into a 100 year old house, required some on-the-spot decision making. The end result was great, from the grunt work to the fine finishes.

Had problems with my water heater. My tech was John. A very nice and patient person. John explained in detail what was going on with my water heater. I will in the very future have Erickison plumbing and heating service all my future plumbing etc. The appointment arrival time was quick. John didn't rush. He did his job and I'm very pleased with my heater.

We had a leaky toilet and one of the gals at my wife's work said she had used Kelly Plumbing in the past and they did a good job. Based on the referral, I gave them a call. Barb picked up the phone and had a great demeanor. Very patient and caring. When the plumber arrived, (Mark) he wasted no time in taking a look at the issue. He was very methodical. Explained what the problem was. Took the time to look through an online site to help me choose a replacement toilet. Stayed after to chit-chat. Turns out he knows our master electrician, who is also an old-school let's do this on a hand-shake kind of guy. If I sound incoherent, it's because Mark just left, and I'm typing out my Google review as quickly as I can! I will be calling Kelly Plumbing and asking for Mark specifically when my replacement toilet comes in. If anything, I'll update my review in a couple of days.

Nathan and Josh have been great to work with. Both times we have used Service Star Plumbing they were able to get out to our house the day of the call and fix what we needed fixing. Their prices were very fair and their work was done very well.

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

Shane was wonderful, i had no problems with him, he was very professional, and should recieve 5 starts.My complaint is that you send your tec guys out with out the proper equipment, i have been mopping water up from my main laundry room main drain since he left this morning, i cannot use any Faucets in my house now because of water backing up, i also paid alot of money for a job that was not completed, and pushed back until the next day, due to the technician not having the proper tools to fix our problem. i communicated this two ways, 1st was by making a appointment via your website, explaining my problem and then I received a call the next day and explained my problem again, somewhere this did not get communicated correctly to the technicians.im going to have to think long and hard about using the company again. i have had no complaints about the jobs we hired you to do for us, until now.

We are extremely satisfied with MSP particularly because of the quality and professionalism of the employees who have serviced our furnace, AC unit, water heater, and water softener. A company is only as good as their employees. Xavier was out today to do a maintenance check on our furnace and had been out a month ago to do a maintenance check on our AC unit. He is an extremely nice gentleman but when he works on our systems he teaches us about them. We have learned more from our three visits with Xavier that we have ever learned from any technician. Each time we request his services and he has never disappointed. We can honestly say we will continue for years to come by having MSP service our home. Tomorrow we have a plumber from MSP coming to do a water heater maintenance check! Thanks Xavier and MSP.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
