Almost 30 year old system and now the blower fan won’t shut off. He looked through all of the potential causes (twice) and gave me his honest opinion to let the fan run because it would likely outlast whatever will eventually kill the old beast. Very kind, knowledgeable and honest.

I was able to get service in a very reasonable amount of time and he did an excellent, professional job. I will only call them in the future.

I have been really impressed Standard since I purchased my new furnace and A/C from them. Yesterday’s experience fell short of the usual high quality service.The technician missed the four hour service window and didn’t call. I called to see if he/she (I appreciate they are diverse in their trained techs) were still coming and dispatch said yes. The technician left me a voicemail asking if I’d still like him to come out past the appointment window.Once he arrived, he was pleasant and professional, but didn’t do the simple things I had come to expect with Standard. For example, didn’t bring the old filters with him to dispose of, but left them for me to do.I would definitely refer Standard for a new system and maintenance. This visit just fell short.

Called Hovde Plumbing and they were able to come out same day and fix all my issues. Everyone I spoke to and interacted with at the company was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

Just this week (mid July) our AC went out. We got quotes from a few local companies, and timelines on installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Not only was janecky a very competitive price, but they got the parts delivered NEXT DAY, and installed the following day. They were kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10-recommend.

If I could add more stars I would. Mr. Plumbing and Drains came after hours to our coffee shop and cleared the main drain for us. Water was standing and backed up into the shop. Fantastic, quick and thorough. I had to add gas line shut off valves installed to get my house to code, as well as have two gas appliances installed. Jordan did a really great job, was very punctual and diligent in checking everything that needed checking, and left my house very clean and looking great!
