My wife hired a leaky kitchen faucet repair while I was undergoing medical treatments. A recirculation valve was mistakenly removed on the initial install and required a second trip to replace. With a total approaching $1000, we will not be able to afford to hire their services in the future.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

I called twice to schedule a routine furnace check up and the receptionist said she would have Mike call back to schedule an appointment which he never did. I also sent an email about this that never was replied to. So I contacted another company who immediately scheduled an appointment to come to our home the very next day.

Previously I used this business for a plumbing need and they responded quickly and efficiently. It appears this doesn’t happen the same way on the heating and cooling side of this business.

I called Matt on a Sunday night after a DIY project went bad. While he didn’t have anyone available to send out that night, he did talk me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem myself and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service!

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
