A drain technician came to the house at about 7:45 PM and worked for about two hours to get my main line sewer drain unclogged. His name was Brian and I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for drain and plumbing needs. This is the second time I have used their services in the past year or two. A satisfied customer.

He went over my options, explained each in detail, and replaced my electrical panel, rewired and labelled everything, and replaced all of my hard-wired smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.
