Customer service is just terrible

Steve was great! I got a pinhole leak in the pipe from my main supply line. Steve showed up exactly when he said he'd be there, within a few hours of my call. He was quick, efficient, and professional, and left me with a good-looking repair for a reasonable price. If highly recommend him!

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

I don't have anything against Home Depot, in fact I've always found their customer service to be above average, but they can't hold a candle to LeVahn Bros in that arena.

Super fast response time. Wasn’t more than 30 min from phone call to a knock on my door. A bit pricey for a sewer line snake, but it was 9 pm on a Friday. Jeff was very professional and friendly. Offered additional service but didn’t give a hard sales push. Recommend if your in a pinch.
