We had a clogged pipe in our South Saint Paul house and it turned into a crisis of water leaking all over the kitchen and into the basement. Nico was very knowledgeable and came out to the house right away and fixed the problem and gave us plenty of tips to help prevent the problem in the future. We would absolutely hire Roto-Rooter again.

Great place to get bailed out of trouble with projects. Quite a good inventory and if they don’t have it they order it right away. I wish they were closer to my home but definitely worth the drive.

Cutting Edge came to our rescue after multiple attempts to other companies. We received verbal assurances for next day services but laundry room was already flooded. At first Cutting Edge said they could come the following day and we located another company that would come first thing in the morning. We called to cancel our appointment with Cutting Edge and 25 minutes later received a call back from them stating they were able to get to our house in 45 minutes. Andrew Tech No. 2766 came out in the evening to fix a pesky drain and he did an awesome job for me. He also updated a few small connections and took out chrome pieces that were corroded which fixed a small leak. If you have a drain that you constantly have to plunge or pour drain cleaner down give him a call and get it taken care of once and for all. I have spent hours over the past year keeping that drain barely running since all of my laundry and my utility sink run through it. I called roto router at 5:30 pm and he was here and done at 7:45 pm. He's a really nice guy and very professional. It was so easy and the only regret I have is that I waited until today to do it.

My husband and I needed to shorten our gas line to our range. Tim from Blaylock came out to shorten it. He was very professional and polite as well as hustled to finish the job within 1 hour to keep our cost down.

We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.
