I had TJK out to replace an outdoor faucet and add a whole-house shut-off valve after the water meter. They were great, especially because the city just changed the water shut off procedure with permitting. I appreciated the time DJ spent walking me through everything and doing the least damage to the walls necessary.

Jake is a true professional, giving me options I would have never thought of. We had clogged drainage and my husband tried to drill it himself the previous day and can’t seem to get it unclogged. The next day a guy from Roto-Rooter came out to look at it and it seems to be draining fine. Thanks for takithe time to come out and not charge us anything. Had my 15+ year old water heater replaced today by Norblom Plumbing. When I called earlier in the week with questions about the run needed for a powered damper (my previous heater had a very shallow angle), Mike had me take pictures, fully assessed my needs and set up an appt to get the water heater replaced just 3 days later. The installer arrived today - 40 mins early (but he called first and asked permission to come early) - and he had scheduled help to have him remove my old water heater and bring the new one in to the basement. They laid down painters cloth to protect my carpeted stairs and completed the job in just over an hour. My wife and I were shown how this unit works - it's damper is powered compared to my previous unit -- and all works great. The team fully cleaned up the work area and filled out my Xcel Energy rebate form for me to send in for a $150 rebate (done!).

Overall - very happy with the service, speed, friendliness. Would call them again without reservation.

The service was to install a brand new dual fuel downdraft kitchen range, which included hvac, gas and electrical hookup. I purchased the range from Best Buy and their contracted company could not install the range even though I paid for them to install it. Best Buy left me with no option except to find my own way to get the range installed. Having no experience and no other support, i contacted a local mechanical contractor company. After not showing up at the initial appointment time , I decided this company did not hire good people and I did not hire them to do the job.
I found Erickson from an internet search . I called and spoke with a gentleman who asked me questions about my range and looked up the manual. We agreed on an appointment time. The person showed up without he appointment window and worked diligently to problem solve my situation. His name was Cole. Very friendly , and hard working and responsible. My situation requires a follow up service and the next person , Jason, arrived on time and successfully performed the job.
I have had interactions with at least four people from this company, in person or on the phone and all of them are professional, courteous, and well serving. They are a very good company I would call back in the future.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

I would give a 10 if I could! We had to have wall hung toilets in our condo, our first plumber was out of his league. we suffered for 2 years with barely functioning toilets. When Hovde came on the job, they had the problem solved immediately, even though it was tricky and difficult. And Sue is the most wonderful manager ever!
