Prompt response for leaky hot water heater at my 92 year old mother's home. Tech found out it was still under warranty for one month. He was able to get a new one and replace it the same day in a few hours. Only question is pricing- $1000 for labor and permit. Did get it done quickly and efficiently, which, in this case, seemed worth the price.

Our technician, JC, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what was supposed to be a standard boiler inspection to end up spending much more time than anticipated to help us solve an electrical issue. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and how things worked to help us better understand our new home. He was on time, friendly, and committed to helping us fix our heating issue despite this not being the original intent of his visit. We were very impressed and thankful.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.
