Bill was very friendly, helpful, neat and informative. He explained what he was doing and pointed out some useful changes. As far as costs go, plumbers are expensive right now and I feel we got a fair value for the work done. I emailed Mark during the Super Bowl. He literally replied within 2 minutes. You seriously don't get service like that. He said he could be to my house between 9-10 the next morning and he was there right at 9, once again, you don't see service like this.

When he arrived, not only did he seem to know what the issue was before walking in, he took the time to explain to me the inner workings of a water heater and what can fail and why. This is very important to me, rather than just spouting off what is wrong and throwing numbers at you leaving you in the dark as to why you need to pay for something like this.

I'm excited to share that Cow City Plumbing Experts has a team of highly professional plumbers who are skilled in their plumbing services. They quickly resolved my plumbing problems and generously offered advice for avoiding future issues.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
