Alex was punctual, professional, and quick. All I needed was some seized valves replaced, and he did a great job. I will call him again whenever I need plumbing work done.

Made appt for monday between 10am and 11am. No call no show. When I called back they had me in system but no appt. Ugh

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

I had a kitchen sink leaking into the basement and outside along the foundation. My house was built in 1940 and the pipe in question was inside the wall. The end result was a kitchen drain pipe replacement including the T on the ventilation stack and a drain that has never functioned so well since I bought the place 7 years ago. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
