The job was done quickly and expertly. The plumber that was here knew his stuff. He presented a plan for 8$ a month that would provide significant savings on future work and walked around the house to evaluate the condition of my plumbing. The experience was good except for the cost. I thought that for the amount of time it took for the work to be done the price was way to high. You know though, I needed it done.

Bill was fantastic. He listened to the issue and was very thorough in his analysis. He then provided options and double-checked his work. The company was great to work with from booking the appointment and receiving text and email confirmations; I received another call confirming the appointment and again when the tech was on the way—all and all a pleasant experience. I would use them again for future plumbing repairs.

We called MSP yesterday and they were out bright and early this morning. Drew came out and we were having issues with one of our heating zones. It's a 20 year old boiler system and he knew exactly what to do. It was fixed with in an hour. True professionlism and we opted to get all of our major systems on a maintence plan as they are all over 15 years old. Thank you so much Drew for your work today!!

Had an issue with water backing up into my kitchen sink. Turns out there was a significant clog a ways dow the pipe. Josh S (Tech) arrived on time and gained a full understanding of my house’s plumbing architecture before performing any work. He wrote (2) separate estimates and provided me with pricing before initiating the work. The options provided were a standard “pipe snaking” and a water jet option. I opted for the snaking. Josh S was very professional and informative as he worked to unclog the drain. He gave me a full understanding of the types of debris that really don’t play nice with drains. Along with his professional posture Josh S was very personable. It was as if I had a buddy come over to help me out. I’ll be calling Deans Home Services / Josh again soon to tackle another pesky drain. Seriously… Call Deans and ask for Josh S!

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
