From our first call to TJK Plumbing requesting a quote to help us move pipes, install a laundry room sink and renovate our basement laundry, this company was responsive and professional. The first visit they provided a detailed written estimate then returned to complete the work when we were ready. The workers, Josh and Kyle were helpful, worked efficiently and completed everything on the first trip. We were very pleased with their work. Would definitely use this company again!

Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

John H. was very helpful and a stand up guy... He had every opportunity to take me to the cleaners, but didn't.

I had some work done on my sump pump and the entire process was very smooth. The technician, Stu, was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave plenty of options for fixing the issue. The work was done very quickly and efficiently and Stu explained it in detail and added a ton of advice for the future.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Our worst nightmare occurred Sunday night when we found that our toilet was flushing into our laundry room instead of down the sewer pipes. A horrible, embarrassing situation was made so much better by Jeff and his team at First Response. They arrived quickly after my husband called and worked to help clean up the mess and remove all damaged drywall and flooring.

We have unfortunately previously been in a similar situation with water damage and I can say that First Response is head and shoulders above the other company we used in the past. Jeff truly, truly cares about doing what is the absolute best for your situation. I cannot recommend highly enough, you won’t regret using them!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
