Really pleased with the service I received from TJK Plumbing. Called for some failing tub diverter spouts. I was scheduled promptly for the next business day. Workmanship was wonderful. They put me in a position for a better DIY replacement of tub spouts in the future. I had an invoice question after the fact that was addressed promptly and to complete satisfaction after the owner called me directly. Great service. Highly recommended.

Alex came over at 7 pm and completed a major leak repair for a very reasonable cost. He was a lifesaver for us. Do not consider anyone else for your plumbing needs.

Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. Professional, thoughtful, courteous. Stew (Stu?) went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening and when, and took care to ensure that our cats didn’t sneak out and that our home stayed clean.

The price was also excellent. $1500 for a new water heater, installation, and removal of the old water heater. I feel that this is as cheap as this could possibly be (especially considering a local plumbing chain wanted to charge us $4500 for the same job), and to also have the experience be fast and professional makes this a 5-star business.

They did the job right, on time, and right on budget without any upsells or BS. These are real Plumbers. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

I had a pipe burst in middle of the night, so i turned to Google to find help and that's where I found First Response and called them up and Anthony was over within the hour. He made what i thought was my worst nightmare the easiest and most stress free work I've done on my house. He explained and helped me through the entire process dealing with the mess and the insurance company. So i was left without a worry from start to finish! Great company and great people.

Got a bid from Norblom. Negotiated a better price and got a verbal start date of mid-November. They were going to take a look at another job of mine, where we were going to sign the contract for the 1st job. They emailed me and said they were passing on both, 10 days before their start date.

Really screwed me. Unreliable, I wouldn't bother calling them. Their word means nothing.

Had electricians (Shawnee) and plumber (Ben) out. Both were very helpful, helped me prioritize repairs, and worked with my schedule.

Joe did a great job replacing my water softner and valve. He was professional and checked out the equipment to make sure everything was working correctly. Good work and good value, I will use Ericksons for future work.

Pete did a great job checking out our cooling system. He washed the outside unit and gave me a few tips about the control system. I am now off to buy a new filter. Nice work Pete ( a good guy too).

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Quality plumbers and very good at meeting deadlines, and communication. Highly recommended !
