The person on the phone was personable and knowledgeable, and the plumber that came was on time and quick! He knew exactly what was wrong, got it fixed, and was on his way in record time! We will never use anyone else. Great service!

They were able to send someone out the same evening. (Do plumbing emergencies ever happen on a weekday morning?) The plumber they sent was awesome. Nathan (Tech #92) was great at explaining my options and the work that needed to be done. He completed the work promptly and well. I was impressed with Nathan's helpfulness and courtesy.

My experience went well - as far as the repair person was able to go. We had the main drain cleaned but the repairman was only able to use his 1 1/2 blade out to the street. His 3 blade was unable to pass a certain point. He scheduled a camera person to come and that person found root obstructions in the line so your work could not be guaranteed without major work being undertaken.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

Eric was so professional and friendly. Teisha, who took my call bright and early this morning, moved the schedule around to make sure someone could come out today when I woke up to a soaked bathroom floor. Eric came out today and was able to spot the problem right away, make recommendations, and keep me informed as the repair went on. He helped me make decisions about different avenues to take and would would be best. He was also very personable and fun to talk to. Highly, highly recommend :)

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
