Decided to do some cleaning and discovered a slow leak from my bathroom sink. Called Discount Plumbing since they were listed as open on a Saturday. They were able to see us the next day. Jacob called to say when he was on the way and was able to resolve our issue. He gave me options and showed me while explaining the problem. Jacob was personable and respectful and even had dog treats for my two fur babies! I believe the price of the job was fair and he worked efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!

We had an emergency drain backup on a Friday evening. Derek came out and quickly assessed and explained the issue. He worked hard until about 11:30PM to get it draining before we sustained any water damage and took extra care to work quietly so our toddlers could stay asleep. All around, a great experience! We recently used Richfield Plumbing Co. and had an issue where the plumber (Dominic) came out twice to fix a bathtub drain. We were billed for two separate visits (including travel time) with no break on the rate - despite the issue not being fixed the first time. In essence, Richfield double-dipped with their billing. I had explained this to the manager (Mike) who seemed unsympathetic.So I would not recommend using them.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
