Best Gas Line Replacement in Minneapolis MN

Made appt for monday between 10am and 11am. No call no show. When I called back they had me in system but no appt. Ugh

I highly recommend Weld & Sons Plumbing. I had a pinhole leak that caused a lot of damage. Not only did they fix the problem, but also helped me find a water restoration company to clean up and rebuild. No nonsense or extra charges. I had them comb back to do some more work after the emergency was over. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after the job was done.

James was thorough and professional. It was clear that he takes pride in doing quality work.

Service Star was very proactive in that a representative stopped by the day before to check on my outside water shutoff which saved money from having the city check it. The plumber who replaced the valve inside was very professional. He took care in going over the service fees prior to work being done and any possible additions if another valve needed to be fixed. It did not. Complications occurred but he willingly honored original estimate. This company values giving good customer service at a reasonable rate. Also person making appointment was very courteous as well. Highly recommend.

JD does a great job, is very knowledgeable, very well priced and someone that you will be comfortable to have in your home.

We had a drain backup in our lower level that we discovered when one of the children came upstairs and nonchalantly explained that she didn't want to get her socks wet so she didn't clean up her art work.Not only was Gary so friendly, he was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I've managed customer service teams my entire career and EVERYONE at Genz-Ryan was fantastic. I called at 8pm, we determined that it was urgent, but not an emergency and was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone was communicative, kind, and professional. We'll be using them again and again. WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!

Matt fixed our frozen, very clogged drain in the kitchen. He was here within 2 hours of calling, quick and efficient service. Friendly with our dog who loves to help. Would use their service again, highly recommend!

Mike is great to work with and a Master Plumber so he knows his trade well. I would use him again. He is a good value compared to some of the bigger plumber companies. It is best to go on-line and book a service then he or his wife will text you with a few questions and you can text back. Don't expect to call in for service and get a person on the phone right away - there system works best via web site and texting after the service call is locked in on their master calendar that you choose the dates that work best for you.

Showed up an hour and a half late to move a gas line for my stove. Told them when I set up the appointment that the line ran through a crawl space, they said it was no problem. Guy tells me without even looking in the crawl space that I should just leave it because of where it's coming in and let the cabinet makers build around the line. I told him my reasons why I (and my cabinet contractor) want it moved and after repeating myself several times he takes a look in the crawl space. He says he can do it but it will have to be another day because it will take longer than expected. He thinks about 3 hours. Tells me it for sure won't go over $720, might be less. I asked for that in writing and he says sure I'll ask the office to send you an email when I get back. Give him my credit card number for an hour and half of work.

As I'm waiting for the call back from the office I realize that now I'm going to have to pay for driving time twice and that today I am paying basically $300 for nothing more than a quote. The office agrees to charge me only for 30 minutes today as to take care of paying multiple times for driving but will not put the $720 quote in writing. While acknowledging that the communication was unclear she would not budge, then said she wouldn't charge me today and that they would not be able to do the work for me.

I don't want to pay $190 an hour for a service that includes mansplaining. I also don't want to be given a quote and told that it guaranteed won't go over $720 by the person doing the work only to be told an hour later by the office that it's not possible. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for today, but am discouraged by how quickly they were willing to drop a customer in need as soon as clear communication was expected. Proceed with caution if you go with this company.

Dave and his sons, have incredible integrity. They are honest, hardworking and above all that, their prices are very, very reasonable. I have had them work at three different houses and each time they have done exactly what they said and in the time they said it would take. They really know their stuff. They have done at least ten different jobs for me over the years and I have never been disappointed.

Pedro is AMAZING!!! He is on time, on budget, no surprises .. he's kind and professional and works so so so hard! He's the best plumber we've ever worked with!!!
