Brad & Jake did an amazing job diagnosing our leaky pipe issue and were able to get it fixed. I appreciate how they made sure to test everything several times to ensure there weren’t any leaks and even cleaned up after themselves. These guys are true professionals and the nicest guys in the business! Highly recommended!

I would give Jake The Plumber a zero star rating if Google would let me. Water heater stopped working so I called Jake The Plumber (on a Thursday). They came out the next day (Friday)... BUT all they did is take some pictures of the unit and then they left. They said they would email me a quote (on Monday!) for a new water heater with install, and repair parts & labor, so I could compare the two options. They were definitely pushing the new water heater & install option, even before quoting anything. They said they would have the quote to me by Monday, and this was almost two weeks ago now and I still haven't received a quote or call-back.
To be honest, I was assuming they would have the parts in their truck and fix-it on the spot. It's a newer water heater that gives you the error codes so I thought it would be an easy and quick fix. I guess not!
I ended up doing my own research that weekend and found, in the owners manual, what the error code meant and how to fix-it. Long story short, a new Flammable Vapor Sensor was all that was needed. It cost about $30.00 and I did it myself. No knowledge about anything was necessary to replace this part. A child could do it.
The funny thing is they said they would quote me a new gas valve and burner assembly and that should do the trick if I decided to repair instead of replace. I was waiting for their quote before leaving a review, just to see how bad they were going to rip me off since all it needed was a new $30 part and 5 minutes of time, but as I previously mentioned I still haven't received one yet.
They seem to have good reviews which is why I called but now it makes me wonder about the legitimacy of them. I won't use them ever again! Be careful. I would look elsewhere if it is in regards to water heaters since their knowledge about them seems minimal.

John Engler and his assistant Andy from Eric Nelson did a wonderful job getting two broken faucets fixed. Positive attitude, humor and good knowledge and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys.

Got a quote from another company for a simple repair. $900 and they recommended $10k in other work. Weld did the repair job in less than an hour and charged me $300. Dayne did a great job and was friendly/quick. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the work done by JD. They knew what they were doing, very professional and efficient. Even though another job got them delayed 10 minutes, they gave me a call to let me know about the slight delay. They cleaned up very well and took old parts with them. Will use them again in the future.

G-R HVAC were responsive, clear, and took their time to explain all that they did and the overall evaluation of the system. Joey, the technician, was knowledgeable and not only solved the problem, but clear about what was done. I will use them again.

I had floor drain issues, after many failed attempts with other plumbing companies (big companies with hundreds of 4.5 star reviews). I decided to call Paul the Plumber on a whim and very glad that I did! It was middle of the day already when I called and they were totally booked for the day. Paul was still very accommodating though, he said he would do his best to send someone out, which he did. Turns out it was a cracked pipe under basement slab, they were able to come back 2 days later to do the repair (they estimated a week). Not only were they able to fix the cracked pipe, Paul’s and his staff were willing and opened to giving advice on how to repair certain things unrelated to service job. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies and very dedicated to their customers. Would totally recommend them to our friends and family! Great customer service and trustworthiness, which is hard to find nowadays.All these big companies with their huge marketing ads on availability but when they actually send people out to your house, they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Paul and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even though you have to schedule for service, I’d rather do that than call those big plumbing companies.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.
