I'm glad I did because everyone was friendly and they asked the right questions before coming to our home in Woodbury. Stu was very fun and informative! Pricing seemed fair, still expensive though. We will definitely use this company again!!

The Owners Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was very calm and He tried had an attitude and began to tell me by guessing that it would be 4 hours to repace a Laundry tub thats already Up to code. I just wanted a replacement. He wouldn't even let me speak. I was not confrontational. Every job is NOT about money itself, it should be about the customer FIRST. Please get your Attitude better. Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My water softener leaked the resin core and plugged my hot water heater and everything else in the house. LeVahn's got someone out the same day to replace the softener and flush-out the water heater. The tech was friendly and explained how to use the new softener. Great experience.

Finally made the wise decision to have a humidifier installed on my furnace! Karim was courteous, efficient, and gave an excellent tutorial. He also set up reminders on my thermostat that I had no idea were an option! Thank you Karim and Genz-Ryan!!

We had a leaky pipe from our top floor bathroom into our first floor office. It was the Friday of 4th of July weekend and no one could help us, until we called Hibernian! He showed up on time, had all the right materials, great attitude, and fixed our leaky pipe. He was efficient and the price was much lower than other companies had quoted. He is our new, go to plumber. We will be recommending him to all of our friends! Amazing customer service and great guy.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.
