They misdiagnosed my shower problem and their misdiagnosis cost me an additional $2000 of unneeded repairs.

I just had my faucet, drain and overflow valve replaced on the 100 year-old tub in my 100 year-old home. Nick worked for about 5 hours on this project which included lots of new pipe. He arrived on-time and gave good explanations of what was happening. I've used this company in the past and will likely use them again. I'm very pleased.

Plumbing and drain services don’t exactly bring me joy but it’s a necessary service when you own a home. We had roto rooter come out again for our annual maintenance and our service tech Darrell was excellent! It’s the little things like introducing yourself, shaking hands, etc. that make a difference. They always do a great job and we’ve never had any sewer problems like the last family that lived here so we trust that they are doing an excellent job. We will gladly invite roto rooter back annually and any other time needed!

Horrible experience! They said they called- but they never showed. Called the company since this is my only day off for the next two weeks and the on call technician decided my limited schedule and leaking kitchen sink pipes didn’t warrant his time. This company should invest less in advertising and more in improving customer service than they certainly aren’t willing to provide. Unbelievable how poor these people treated me when I was very specific, needed a Sunday appointment but a lazy, elitist technician would rather get a bad review than do their job.

A friend recommended Erickson and I’m really glad he did. Almost every other company that I checked was at least $100.00-200.00 more for a toilet install.

Brent was fast and he got the job done within an hour.
I would recommend and go back.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Amazing service. On time. Professional. Kind. And while our water heater didn’t even require fixing (electrical problem), they proceeded to share everything we should know about it and how to maintain it. Highly recommend.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
