We had our floor drain in the laundry room back up, due to sludge collecting overtime in the branch line. This happened in the the day before a holiday. The people on the phone arranging the appointment were friendly and office staff stayed in touch frequently when the plumbers were running behind. Jake and his team member came and we’re able to diagnose the issue immediately and clean out the pipe/solve the issue within 20 minutes. They were friendly, fast and gave great advice on how we could prevent something like this from happening again. Would definitely recommend!

Decent work, poor accountability. Mistakes were made that required just a bit more communication or attention to detail. Unfortunately this required return trips to fix and they were not available or willing to make themselves available to make up for this, even after politely explaining our frustration. I expected more from a plumber that costs $200 per hour.

Great service. Came home boiler quit working. The lady at the office was a savior even thou they were busy that night gave me another contact . That didnt pan out but the next morning called to check up on me .Now hows that for just being a good person Thanks! Service guy was great also.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

I experienced same day professional service for a reasonable price.

Dan was timely and knowledgeable, very easy to work with and experienced + being a nice person and, I felt instinctively, trustworthy. I thought price of faucet installation was high since fittings, etc. we’re similar to what I had and installation was quick, but I suspect price comparable to other plumbing businesses. Great experience!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
