I had a mystery water leak. Josh and Jake did a wonderful job of tracking down where the problem was and solving it in one visit.
They also found another issue that could have led to a foundation issue. They solved that one as well. I am grateful for the deligence and kindness of these two men. Thank you!

I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

Erik Nelson's crew did a great job on our 93 year old home, fixing a tub leak that drained into our kitchen. They were friendly, professional, cleaned up beautifully, and protected our carpets and floors. They explained the job, price point, and time expectation and were in and out. Would definitely recommend.

Andrew is very nice and answered all my questions. I am so glad to hire this company to clean my drain. The job done in a time manner.

Everyone was very helpful, personable, and genuine. I had low water pressure in my home and the receptionist helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. When she had met her match she had Mr. Weld call me directly and he diagnosed it as my water softener without even having to make a house call. They came to install a new one (Zach Weld, one of the sons) and he too was very personable, genuine, professional, and instructive. He even noticed a couple of things that I should do to better prepare my house for winter (things to do on my own, NOT up sell stuff). Thanks Zach!! I will definitely be coming back to them with any of my other plumbing needs.

Had Bradley come to inspect my problem associated with a basement shower drain backing up. He looked at the problem and was able to extract some sort of floating ball, which I understand, is used in finished areas so water doesn't back up and cause water damage to carpeting or furniture. He also worked on an upstairs toilet which wasn't flushing properly. He cleaned the holes in the toilet which creates a water tornado for the flush. Things are working again.He did a great job.

Alex came to fix a couple issues we were having at the house and was extremely kind, professional, fast and polite. I will be recommending Norblom Plumbing and specifically Alex to anyone I know that has any plumbing issues. It’s good to know that great customer service is not gone and Alex proved that today in spades.

Brandon was SO HELPFUL! Not only did he do a great maintenance check on the AC unit but also helped me figure out my water heater.Brian and Joe SAVED the day! We needed a new furnance and were given a lot of options in order to make an informed decision. They took a very stressful situation and completely made me feel at ease....and WARM! I will be a returning customer.

Our commercial facility in downtown Minneapolis was having problems with its AC system since we installed NEST thermostats.

We contacted Erickson Mechanical to set up an AC inspection.
They were responsive and on time for the appointment and the service tech (Jeremiah) was professional and able to diagnose the problem. He made some wiring adjustments to align better with the NEST programming and our facility AC issues were rectified.

Great service, the owner, John is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend his timely, and thorough services to everyone.

I experienced same day professional service for a reasonable price.

Easy to schedule and showed up on time. The reason I gave 2 stars was b/c I asked ahead of time relative charges. The person taking the appt. had no idea, and couldn't give a labor charge. 2 people showed up for a 1 person job and said they would be charging $1100 for a 3 to 4 hour job ($275/hr-$366/hr). Their reply as to why the rate per hour was so high...there are 2 of us. even then 2 x 20 to 25 year olds have the experience level to pull $138 /hr. You must be joking. It was an outrageous cost. Oh and the job was to install a T between 2 pipes and then screw in the legs to the sink. Then attach sink basin and faucet. The sad part was after trying to gouge me, he asked for a travel fee.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
