Best Garbage Disposal Install in Minneapolis MN

We recently had the floor drain in our basement back up and cause some flooding. We texted TJK Plumbing and got a response within 30 minutes to schedule a service - amazing! The scheduler was kind and got our appointment scheduled quickly for the next day.

Kyle came out to help us fix the issue. He was very respectful, did a thorough investigation of the area and gave us a couple of options on how to proceed with our backed up floor drain - all while being very transparent about the amount of time it could take and what the cost would be. He then put a camera into the floor drain and helped us determine why the issue happened in the first place! The service was quick and Kyle is great at what he does, polite, and professional! TJK is our go-to for plumbing needs and we recommend them whenever the opportunity arises!

Alex came to replace a leaking bathtub fixture for us. He was on time, very reasonably priced, and did a great job. We will definitely be getting ahold of him in the future to help with plumbing issues in our house.

Both guys were great at communicating what was going on, and were very knowledgeable. I called them about a leaking toilet, and they also ended up also fixing an issue I was having with a the sump pump, so got two problems solved at once.

The tech Kevin was great. Very professional and upfront with costs. All exchanges with him were very informative and pleasant.Our issue was with the scheduling team. I called Tuesday and they said someone would be out between 8-10am Wednesday morning. At 10:30 I called asking for an ETA. They said they were behind but should call in an hour and be there shortly after. That call never came. I called again this morning (Thursday) at 9am after never receiving any follow-up calls yesterday afternoon. They acknowledged my appointment and said again that someone would call in about an hour and be there shortly after. Didn't receive a call until 3:30pm from Kevin that he would be arriving soon. I don't know who this falls on but the communication of when a technician will be arriving needs to be dramatically improved. Very poor experience.

DO MOT USE!! I called to have a water heater replaced, and your typical water heater cost between 1500 and $2000 for a 50 gallon tank. They charge $99 to come out. I asked to speak to a tech ahead of time to give me an idea of what it would cost to replace the water heater. They were very rude and told me there was no technician to talk to you but I was in a crisis and they said they could install it the next morning. The guy came out looked at my tank for two minutes wrote up a $5000 bid and told me it would only be $4600 if I signed up for the monthly service charge of $11 a month. I told him I didn’t even pay that for my furnace and the guy goes I know it’s really expensive. I said I’m 62 years old I don’t need a lifetime warranty. He said yes I know. I also said we called you so that you could install it today he said oh sorry we can’t. I then paid my $99 and got a bill in the mail a week later. I spoke to the rudest woman ever and she told me my visa failed even though the guy is the one that took my visa number. My face I didn’t fail he failed. I told her that you didn’t do what you told me you could do and the only reason I had to come out is because we were going to install it that day. She could not have been more unprofessional and she told me I still over $99. I will absolutely not pay this money. I had one installed professionally by a really reputable company the next day for $1500. They think their service is so much better than everybody else’s please don’t be scammed What I know this is a Saint Thomas Academy family that owns us and I would like to speak to an owner because I’m guessing I would get somewhere with him but the rude woman that answered the phone is the representative. Stay away

Plumber and apprentice showed up on time. They were very polite, explained the problem and showed me what was wrong. Gave me 4 options on how to address the issue. Cleaned up afterwards. Super nice people!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
