The technician was great. He did a good job clearing the drain and we are satisfied with the result.My issue is with the main company (NOT technician - as I mentioned he was great), I thought over $400 was excessive for clearing 1 floor drain and took less than an hour. That's on me though - I should have gotten quotes ahead of time and from multiple places ;(

We had the worst experience working with this plumbing service. They will try to perform activities without telling you that it costs extra until after they’re done (we got up-charged 3 times the amount we were originally quoted on the phone). Save yourself some money and headache by finding somebody else.

A technician arrived first thing in the morning but he just had a camera and we thought we would need to have the line cleaned. He suggested we reschedule with technician that had both. It could potentially save us quite a bit of money. They tech who arrived later that evening was fast, personable and very capable. Highly recommended.
