My recent experience is a reflection of why I'm a repeat customer of TJK Plumbing. Hope was friendly and efficient when I called to make an appt and David arrived the next day. David was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even left his workspace cleaner than when he arrived. With exceptional customer service like that, it's easy for me to continue to recommend TJK.

We live near Lake Como and moved into our home less than 9 months ago. When our kitchen sink wouldn't drain the other night, I was clueless of who to call for plumbing services. After reading numerous reviews, I couldn't help but choose Jake the Plumber; who sounded loyal and down to earth. Jake was just that and more! He sent Ngu, who was friendly and efficient. Ngu cleaned our pipes that very same morning. After realizing that we would also need a new drain, Jake came out (the same day!!) and replaced our drain. The entire time Jake was extremely friendly, down to earth, and told us everything that he was doing repairs on so we could learn through the process. Jake is the person everyone needs in their life - someone they can call with plumbing/AC concerns and trust that they're getting loyal and reasonably priced services. When making an appointment, Adam (Jake's assistant) was straightforward on the phone, telling me what the service would cost, so that I wasn't blind sighted at the end of the process. Thank you, Adam, Ngu, and Jake - You are fabulous people and were a huge blessing to our family in a time of need!! Your company will be the first we call in the future when we need help again!

The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

Prices are a bit steep, but you're paying for the experience of the plumbers, the fast service, and the quality work. Still, prices are a bit steep. Would overall recommend them to anyone and I keep calling them back and biting the bullet for a reason.

Can't give a referral. Got a ballpark price. I called and asked Andy for a written quote. Did not have one. He had an estimator come over to double check the job, but apparently did not produce a quotation. Several days later did the job, and got my wife to pay $800 over the verbal estimate.
Not happy, not heard. Can't refer.

We had the unfortunate experience of a kitchen plumbing leak this past winter. Luckily, Andrew with Janecky Plumbing was able to quickly repair our leaking valves and replace the needed faucet. He is always professional, timely and does quality work. We will rely on Janecky in the future for all of our plumbing needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend Adam from TJK Plumbing! Adam came on Saturday and quickly diagnosed our problem and determined the spot on 1st floor bathroom ceiling was likely a faulty shower drain tile and not a leaking pipe in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Rather than incurring extra cost by cutting a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, we agreed to monitor it for now. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

I called for service shortly before 6:00 on a Saturday night. Our kitchen sink had standing water in it because I was naughty and put something down the garbage disposal that I shouldn't have. By 7:45 the job was complete and George was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. And he was very careful to not make a mess. Best sewer service experience we've ever had.

Dave and his sons are absolutely the BEST! If you are looking for top notch work, honest pricing, years of experience, and excellent communication -- you won't be disappointed with AAA Plumbing by Newstrom! They helped us out with a bathroom remodel project and I was impressed every single step of the way. I will never call another plumber -- I'm now a loyal customer and can't recommend these guys enough!

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.

I have been using Cyrus plumbing services for well over four years now. He is on time and very professional. He explains what the problem is and completes the repair in a timely manner. Anytime I needed emergency repairs, Cyrus was there.

Charged me $250 for a clogged tub. 15 min of work. Run from this place. Can’t believe they are still in business. Terrible company.
