Best Faucet Repair in Minneapolis MN

Our hot water heater died sometime during the night. Within 5 hours of contacting TJK Plumbing we had hot water back in our home, and on a Friday. Dan and DJ were great to work with. They gave us 4 options, explained each, and answered all of our questions. We will be keeping their contact information handy for any of our future plumbing needs.

Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

I have used Minnesota Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years and they have always been prompt, timely, courteous, and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We have used them for our furnace, AC, sinks, and bath room needs. David S. is the best man around.

Fixed our broken pipe quickly. We started dinner while he worked and were able to dishes when we finished our meal. He was late because of traffic and even tossed in a discount. Would gladly do business with Jake again!

I am in process of finishing a workshop space, but the soil stack was square across the middle of the room, and I would constantly bump my head into it. The service to our kitchen sink was also not done properly, as well as the venting. Erik's crew came in and fixed all of it, making sure everything was up to code and tucked away. Any additional work, costs, and considerations were communicated immediately and in high detail, so there were no surprises at the end. In the end, I now have a kitchen sink that blasts water and drains efficiently to a soil stack that doesn't cause any concussions (and looks great too!)

Had Brian from Roto-Rooter out to clear up some drains that weren't functioning. He fixed it all quickly and for a reasonable price. Very helpful!

They called us several times the day of our appointment to provide updates on where the technician was, how soon he’d arrive, etc. Technician was friendly, helpful and considerate. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
