Quick response to our kitchen sink emergency that turned into a bigger job than initially apparent. Tech gave us the options and worked in a way that allowed us to repair and replace instead of having to schedule a second visit. When my home inspection revealed the need for a main line sewer cleanout, Nick and Adam handled the job thoroughly and professionally. They secured the line, installed the access point and cleaned the area when they were finished. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did a great job.

Absolutely top notch pros. I had my basement roughed in for a bathroom and was very impressed with Weld & Sons. They arrived at 7am on the dot and actually had an inspector come over by about 2pm. This company was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I called for a simple water leak and the same night our water heater went out on us. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone there that afternoon to look at the leak and replace the water heater. The pricing was very competitive as well.

The leak didn't go away from the initial visit and someone had to come back out to look again. He was there less than 15 minutes and fixed it at no cost to us. That's service if I've seen it and both service technicians were very professional. Great all around experience on our end.

We had a very good experience. Jazmin helped us get set up with an appointment very easily. The day of our service I received multiple calls from Shanna with updates on the timing of our appointment. Kyle and an apprentice technician completed the drain clearing very efficiently and answered all questions.

Contacted them through their website and all prearrival communications were via email. They gave me an accurate quote off the pictures and requests I emailed them. The tech was on time and was able to complete all the tasks. The tech even was able to get the laundry faucet to mount properly to the sink. Looked like it had never been mounted before that.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
