We worked with Josh. He was very professional and expedient. We go to TJK plumbing for every plumbing need or emergency.

We've had Alex come out twice for some plumbing work because we liked working with him so much the first time! First time was just some work under the sink and the second time was replacing our water softener.
First off, he is SUPER responsive. Every time we reached out via email we heard back within a day, sometimes within an hour. Super speedy, something that doesn't feel too common in the trades.
Very punctual as well. Said he'd show up at a time, was there exactly on time.
He also answers questions without complaint, whether that is questions before the work is done or follow-ups after. Just a great source of knowledge.
Finally, his pricing for the work felt really fair.
Definitely our go-to plumber when the need arises.

I called 4 plumbers before I called Jake. They were either busy or had no idea how to solve my problem when I explained the situation and wouldn't even come out to check. I called Jake the plumber and they came out that day. They were super friendly and discovered the water heater was leaking underneath by using a camera, then showed me the video demonstrating the problem. They also found my water pressure was low and discovered the water softner (which was likely original with the old house) was failing causing the water pressure issues. The work was great and they were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend Jake.

Excellent work, very professional, all the plumbers live in the area. I give it 4 stars out of 5 because it was a little pricy -- appropriate for urgently needed work, which is not what I was having sone.

I nice gentlemen came out and checked to see what it would cost to move my garage disposal from one side to another. He looked at it and said $850.I had another pluming company come out a few days later and they charged me $400. We figured around $350 - $400 to change it.Roto-Rooter you are expensive. I was told that but I wanted to give you a chance.

Spent lots of time working through all our issues. These guys know their stuff. Made recommendations to repair or replace that were right on.

My original review was 5 stars, as of today they are 1 star. Their customer service has deteriorated, they don't care about long term customers (it started well before the pandemic). They're more into taking your money for a monthly service plan and then making you wait 3 months for an appointment. Along with a 7 hour wait time window, then canceling at the last minute and telling you it'll be another 2-3 weeks. ANYONE CONSIDERING...RUN FAR AND WIDE, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS!

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
I have already recommended him to several friends looking to do renovations.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
