I can't say enough about the friendly and timely service from Guy's. Wyatt was professional and came to the house quickly. My issue (clogged kitchen sink drain) was diagnosed and resolved easily. I was given the price up front and at the end of the service, Wyatt provided a run down of exactly what happened and how to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. I called and left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon about a leak I noticed in my crawl space. I had the option to call the emergency line but did not need it. I got a call from a receptionist right after the company opened up Monday morning, scheduled the appointment and had a tech at my house by 10am. Jim diagnosed the issue very quickly and had the repair done and cleaned up within an hour. I definitely recommend!
